James Mont Asian Modern Parcel Gilt Table Lamps, 2

James Mont Asian Mid-Century Modern pair of molded composition table lamps, parcel gilt and parcel silvered, in Chinese Modern taste, designed circa 1960, with original silk peplum shades. 33" H x 11.5" Diameter. 45" H overall. Provenance: Removed from a private residence furnished by James Mont at 370 East 76th Street. Condition: The shades were custom-made to these lamps, which rest on fitted interior glass shades. The structure of the shades is sound, but the fabric is in need of restoration.
