A pair of armchairs by architect and designer Jan Vanek, which he designed for the Krásná jizba cooperative. He worked with prominent architects of his time, such as Josef Gočár or Jan Kotěra, among others, he contributed to the furnishing of Villa Tugendhat, designed the interiors of apartments for Karel Čapek, Jaroslav Seifert and Hugo Haas. His furniture stands out for its clean and timeless lines. The chairs are made of bent beech wood and stained in a dark shade. Excellent preserved condition.
