Japanese 1920's Japanese handwoven silk damask formal crested kimono, hand decorated with yuzen resist dyed design, surihaku metallic platinum leaf and metallic gold and metallic silver thread embroidery accents. This vibrant pink shippo pattern damask silk kimono features peony, hibiscus and botanical motifs rendered in off-white, platinum, red, sapphire and light blue. A metallic silver embroidered kamon crest is presented to the center of back. It is lined in red and hot pink silk in good condition. 48.5" sleeve span, 61" overall length.
