Japanese. 1940s/1950s. Tumbling Pierrot is "Made in Occupied Japan" representing toys made during the American occupation of Japan from 1947-1952. "Obstinate Donkey" is "Made in Japan". Marked, on boxes. Marked, on right side of "Obstinate Donkey". Marked, on blue suitcase of "Tumbling Pierrot".

Donkey: Toy- 5" x 7" x 1.5". Box- 1.75" x 5" x 3.5". Pierrot: Toy- 5" x 2.75" x 2". Box- 1.75" x 5" x 2.75".
Condition
Original boxes in overall good condition with one missing one side. Both windups function directly with a key included. Toys show some playwear, staining, and scuffs.
