Japanese Iron Teapot and Imari Octagonal Plate, circa 1880. Iron teapot nicely cast with bosses on the top half and simplified coppered accent designs. Oxidized through on the bottom. Bronze lid possibly added later, with signature on the underside. Offered along with a modern incised stoneware studio vase of a brown mottled glaze, 11" high
