It has a Japanese character biography attached to the back of the piece
Condition: The painting and Japanese frame are overall in good pre-owned condition, the inside of the glass is a bit dirty and it might be a good idea to open up the frame and clean the glass, there is a Japanese bio of the artist on the back of the frame, I tried to translate it but mostly failed
