Brown ink and colored pencil drawing on light cream-colored wove paper, face in profile, signed and dated 1959* (Jean Cocteau, 1889-1963). 6 7/8 x 4 7/8 inches. Each of the four corners has been clipped, otherwise excellent condition. Unframed for inspection and shipping. Sold unframed.
Provenance: Guy Loudmer (auction), Paris. Acquired from the latter by the owner's family, circa 1985. Thence be descent to the consignor.
