Measures ht 8 inches width 6.5 inches, thick walled and heavy, tones of blues aquas, greens oranges Jean Luc Gambier ( 1948-) Jean Luc Gambier studied at the school of glass in Moulins, France, and graduated Top of his class in 1967. He has worked at the glass works in Biot then Caussols and began his own workshop in the early 1990’s where his son joined him. Jean Luc is a master glass worker, renowned for his specific method where he does not use a mound or prefabricated form. All of his work is unique and hand made and he has had exhibitions at galleries in Dubai, Moscow, Shanghai, Bayreuth, Abu Dhabi and more, French art glass, vintage art glass, vase, vessel, French decorative arts, French art glass, property of Janine Metz Estate, social secretary to Duke and Dutchess Of Windsor, apparently unsigned,
