Condition Report:
The canvas is unlined. Stable hairline craquelure in a few places. One fleck of light green pigment slightly lifting in the lower left corner. It appears to be stable. Under UV light: small strokes of retouching in all four corners and along the center of the upper and lower edges, likely to address prior frame abrasion. A few nailhead sized strokes of retouching in the light green roof in the upper left quadrant. A few lines of retouching in the white window in the lower left quadrant. A few lines of retouching in the white wall and light green roof in the upper right quadrant. The work is in good condition.
