Marked “Artist’s proof H on Arches” in graphite in the lower left corner. Dry stamp “Antarès éditions d’art Saint-Cloud” in the lower left corner. Under the mat, printed “Catalogue Antarès E C 23” (invisible because it is torn). On the reverse of the mat, there is the print’s certification accompanied by a biography of Jean Signovert. This etching was printed in an edition of 135 copies and 10 HC artist’s proofs marked A through J, including this one. Plate dimensions: 38 x 49.6 cm. Sheet dimensions: 49.5 x 63 cm.
