Condition Report: The sapphire is a mid blue colour, but lacking in depth; light surface wear. the mount looks probably American in origin, but is unmarked and untested. White gold to the front. The yellow gold shank is in keeping, but possibly replaced. Sapphire measures 16 x 12 x 6mm. Bezel measures 19 x 15mm.
