Glossy 11 x 14 photo of Carter energetically taking the stage in front of a huge American flag, signed and inscribed in black felt tip, "With best wishes to Barry Thumma, Jimmy Carter.” Affixed to a same-size mount and in fine condition. Thumma was an Associated Press photographer who covered four presidents (Carter, Reagan, Bush, and Clinton), traveling on Air Force One over 100 times throughout his career.
