Condition Report: This is the original carved wood form used to make the molds for the plaster cast pieces put into production and displays flaws based on its use as part of the process. The table form has moderate wear throughout consisting of scattered impressions, abrasions, occasional gouges, along with scattered finish loss. There is a stable, but slightly lifted, separation between the joinery on two pieces of stacked laminate on the side along with the seam that connects to the top. The same is happening along the same seam in a smaller section near the base. There is a stable 6" fissure on the side that goes up to the top. This table was not intended to be used outside of being part of the fabrication process.
