Condition Report: Lined canvas. Frame abrasion at edges. Finely patterned craquelure, with some areas of pigment separation. Two faint hairline scratches in upper right quadrant. Very slight yellowing to the varnish layer. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green unevenly. Some scattered brushy retouching to edges. A vertical line of retouching in center of left edge. A small area of retouching in a + shape in the foliage at upper left. Considerable retouching to aforementioned craquelure and pigment separation, primarily to the horses. Some apparent strengthening to white tones on the birds and muzzle of the frontmost pony, fluoresces. Framed Dimensions 30.5 X 26.5 X 2.75 Inches
