Condition Report: Minor, gradual warping to masonite board within artist's open lattice frame visible when painting is laying face up, extending the upper right corner slightly forward. Few small areas of expert touch-up or inpainting visible under UV light to upper right corner, top center, right edge at center and lower left. Few small points of paint loss to lattice framing with stable splits to wood from the brads used in attaching. Artist's chalk signature to verso has rubbed away over time, but remains legible and visible. Overall painting presents very nicely in person.
