Condition report: There are some marks to the glass, caused by paint/glue/an old label. Some surface dirt visible under the glass. The sheet is housed in an acidic mount and the mount itself is dirty, would suggest replacing. The sheet is not examined out of the glazed frame, there are some ripples to the paper but overall it appears to be in good condition.
