John Romita Jr. and Scott Hanna Spider-Man #97 Green Goblin Story Page 3 Original Art (Marvel, 1998). Spider-Man's emerald nemesis, the Green Goblin, unleashes a pumpkin-bomb inferno in this explosive near-splash page from the penultimate issue of the 1990 Spider-Man series! Serving as the title page, this fiery scene set the tone for the issue -- though much of the detail in the lower section was obscured by digitally added text and credits in the printed version. Only the original art reveals the full intensity of the destruction, packed with crisp linework and dramatic detail. Rendered in ink over graphite on Marvel Comics Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 14.5". Minor marginal smudging and corner creasing. Signed by inker Scott Hanna on the back of the board. In Excellent condition. HID09710052018 © 2026 Heritage Auctions | All Rights Reserved www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
