Biography: Jon. One (French-American, born 1963 in New York) , famous for his graffiti-influenced works, was born in the Harlem neighborhood, where colorful and elaborate graffiti art evolved. He began creating graffiti of his name with a childhood friend at the age of 17. In 1984, he founded the Graffiti 156 All Starz collective, in order to bring together the passion of graffiti artists.

After moving to Paris in 1987, he began working as a canvas painter in a studio. He quickly made a name for himself in Parisian artistic circles thanks to his works on canvas, was exhibited in 1990 at Gallery 45 in Berlin and participated in the Graffiti Paris exhibition, where his work was presented permanently. His works are among the most important auctions in the world of graffiti.
