Born in Cádiz (1976) , José de Pazos made his debut on the art scene at just 17 years old with his first individual exhibition.

His studies in Art, specializing in photography, led him to work as a photojournalist for the main national and international agencies.

He is currently fully dedicated to graphic design as CEO of a printing and graphic design company and producing works of art that hang on walls around the world.

Fascinated by both Pop Art and the Street Art scene, he reflects this in his work by fitting his characters, advertising designs or pop icons with irony, focusing on the excesses and deviations of consumer society through the use of well-known brands and the sense of humor to send your message.

Using texture overlays with stencils, collages and different mixed techniques with acrylics and sprays on different supports, he makes his work very recognizable and with a defining style, where he shows his passion for textures and layers as a viewer, and incorporating that feeling into his work.
