Joseph Horlor, British 1809-1887- On the Ribble; At Beddgellert; each oil on board, each with inscription (on the reverse), each 11.7 x 16.6 cm, a pair (2). Note: Horlor lived in Bristol and Bath and specialised in landscapes, coastal scenes and seascape subjects, working most often in Wales, Devon, and Cornwall. He exhibited from 1834-1866 at the British Institute and Suffolk galleries in London. His work hangs in Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery.
