The present watercolour depicts the original manor house at Landwade that was partially demolished in 1779.
Condition report:
42 x 53.5cm framed
Generally, the paper appears to be in an ok condition. There is signs of surface dirt throughout and minor foxing in the upper quadrants. There are signs of minor paint loss in the lower right quadrant and a small tear to the paper - approximately 1 cm - is visible in the upper left.
