These 4 volumes thus have all 28 of the original lithographs, mainly in colour, contained in the series of six volumes. Volumes V and VI (not present here) do not feature any original lithographs. The most desired volumes are I and II as they contain 24 of the 28 lithographs. Copies of these volumes are frequently offered sans the graphics which are removed for sale as artworks.

Condition: All four volumes are fine in the original matching oatmeal cloth with lithographed dustwrappers, all about fine and with the original outer glassine dustwrappers. Volume IV is also in the original cardboard slipcase. Volume III has two short closed tears at the top of the spine.

Due to downsizing now offered with an extremely low reserve price and recommended especially to South African buyers as this is a heavy item and courier (only) shipping abroad will be expensive.
