The rounded rectangular body decorated in gold hirakamaki-e and e-nashiji with a continuous design of stalks of windswept chrysanthemums, the interior of rich nashiji, unsigned; with a wood manju-netsuke similarly lacquered with sprays of chrysanthemums on a stream, signed in gold hiramaki-e Kanshosai with a kao. 9cm x 6cm (3 9/16in x 2 3/8in).
