Condition Report:
Not examined out of the frame. Original unlined condition. The surface presents well, aside from some faint, very minor frame abrasion. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green. A couple isolated brushy dots of retouching at lower left and over the 'B' of the signature. A very few pin dots of retouching in the lower corners, in the figure's hair, and along left upper and right edges. Very faint fluorescence visible in the upper half of the composition, possibly inherent.
