The second of Harvey's two Ultraman comic series, based on the 1966 Ultraman tokusatsu TV series. Cover shows Ultraman Great running through city while firing beam from his palm. He is flanked by two UMA (Universal Multipurpose Agency" Hummer jets. Steacy has signed and dated art at lower left. Back has two slivers of white tape remain on back at top from overlay that was once attached. Back also has Steacy's sticker label. Exc.
