KENNEDY MERNA: (1908-1944) American Actress. Best known for her role opposite Charlie Chaplin in the silent film The Circus (1928). Rare signed postcard photograph, the Ross image depicting Kennedy standing, in a full length pose, alongside a white horse, in a scene of The Circus film. Signed in bold blue fountain pen ink across the image. Kennedy died of a heart attack at the early age of 36, only four days after her marriage. VG £80-100
