Circa 1920s Pressed Steel Keystone Packard Water Tower with Real Pump Truck, with operational steering wheel, side crank raises and lowers the tower, working front bell, 31" long. Paint losses, small dents, one side ladder missing, hose has deteriorated, but parts are present.
