An extremely rare elixir carafe "Service J", with stopper, designed by K. P. C. de Bazel for the Glasfabriek Leerdam. The carafe is in excellent condition. However, it should be noted that there is a crack in the stopper, at the bottom. The carafe is 13 cm high without stopper, and 17 cm with the stopper. The diameter of the carafe measured at the top is 4. 0 cm, and at the bottom 6 cm. The carafe is marked. The photos are part of the description.
