KPM Berlin so-called "Weimar Vase
Designed in 1785 for the Duchess of Weimar, manufactured around 1870, blue sceptre mark, red imperial orb mark, screwed in two parts, with leaf-decorated handles and removable lid with bud pommel, ornamental bands in relief, palmettes and snakes with dolphin heads, fine polychrome painting and gilding on glaze, partly on a light blue and pink background, lovers in landscape at the front, a large bouquet of flowers at the back, gilding partly rubbed off a little bit, good overall condition, h 46 cm.
