The ring is set with three different gemstones, which are arranged in size according to the so-called Waterfall type. The largest gemstone is an oval faceted amethyst in a solid gold setting, followed by an apple green, natural peridot, also in an oval cut, and an oval faceted blue topaz in the so-called, "London blue".
