Kalinski Signed O/B Russian Townscape. Oil on artist board lake side townscape, likely on the southern shore of Lake Ladoga which is the largest lake in Europe, the scene displays a single figure walking, between buildings, temple in the background and docked row boats in the foreground. Signed on the back in Cyrillic, appears to read "Kainkski, 1991, Lower (Lake) Ladoga", board has been stapled through in the lower right corner, has an uneven varnish over the paint. Dimensions: sight - 14 in. high x 17.5 in. wide; frame - 18 in. high x 21.5 in. wide. Weight: 4.25 lbs.
