Lithographic Dust jacket missing. Piece of the spine is also missing but preserved within the book. Bump on the upper and lower left corner that runs through the entire catalog and is visible on the double-page black & white lithograph. Color lithographs within the book are creased and slightly dented on the left edge. Light creases also appear on the other edges.
