Fabulous Karl Ens antique porcelain group of Paradise Birds, resting on branches, rare hand painted porcelain in cobalt blue gilded, in pristine condition.
This spectacular antique porcelain figurine was produced by the Karl Ens Porcelain Factory during the early 20th century, marked on the base “ENS”(1900 - 1919) and impressed numbered #7023.
These birds are of exceptional quality, highly impressed feathers, finished in shiny glaze, hand painted in vivid hues of royal blue with coral red, gilded.

The Birds of Paradise are described like being some of the world's most dramatic and attractive birds.
Males often sport vibrant feathered ruffs or amazingly elongated feathers, which are known as wires or streamers.
