Artist's Statement: Recognizable for spontaneous, energetic brushwork, my work exhibits vibrant, harmonious color balance with texture as an intrinsic design element. Color and shape relationships with both random and deliberate surface qualities are explored through extensive layering and pushing the physical properties of paint.
