Artist Keith Haring drew on and signed this Pop Shop envelope during an event at the High Museum in Atlanta Georgia. When asked by Haring what he should draw, the owner requested a llama. Haring paused for a moment—pondering if he had ever drawn the animal before—and sketched the present image, a furry llama with a wagging tail.
Signed and dated to center 'K. Haring 88'. Sold with a letter of provenance from the present owner.

Condition Report: Envelope shows water staining to center and left edge. Toning spots appear in stained areas to front and to verso. Envelope shows light waviness with softened corners. Drawing remains unharmed with strong pigmentation. Unframed.
