Kettle on stand and burner, Bouilloire - Silver - Lambertus Spiegeler - Netherlands - 1874
An antique silver bouilloire on a matching chafing dish with burner. On the top the kettle is decorated with foliage and flowers. The lid has a wooden knob which is slightly damaged at the base. The same decorations as on the kettle are seen on the chafing dish with more decorations on the four legs. The kettle is equipped with 2 hinges with which it can be secured to the hotplate by a chain with 2 pins. If you release the pin you can pour without it falling from the hot plate. Made by Lambertus Spiegeler, Amsterdam (1873-1898) Yearletter P: 1874 The bouilloire is in good condition. Only some minor signs of aging and blemishes.
