Pressed steel Keystone Water Tower toy fire truck. Packard open front cab with lift up hood, bell mounted on radiator, mounted crank siren, large water tank, and crank operated water tower. Truck is approx. 31 1/2" long. Steering wheel turns front tires. Hand cranks & water pump are in need of restoration. Truck has paint loss, wear, oxidation & missing parts.
