Know hopeWhat we did to get by aprox. 2010
A rare newspaper published by the artist Know hope (Adam Yakotieli) about 15 years ago. oxidation points. Two-sided. framed between two panes of glass.
The newspaper printed in several copies and distributed by the artist presents his optimistic/romantic point of view of seeking peace and love between mankind. Dealing with the important and not the trivial. The newspaper is a beautiful reminder of humanity.
Even these days, the artist deals with the same subjects: blurring borders between countries and people, surrendering to peace, innocence and memory.
The newspaper was kept in unsuitable humidity conditions and hence the oxidation points. About 8 years ago it was dried and properly framed and since then the spots have not spread. Oxidation spots are authentic to the yellowish newspaper and give it some of the charm. A truly charming work for all collectors of graffiti and contemporary Israeli art.
Double sided yellow newsprint print framed
43/57 cm (frame 52/66 cm)
