Shahar's works describe intimate encounters between the artist and the subject of his painting at a point in time. Shahar stretches the boundaries of this meeting and creates truths and fictions on the canvas, using rich chromatic colors and unique geometry. And when drawing from observation meets fictional and fantastic realms.
