Description: King Melchior — Late 16th/early 17th century Bearded saint standing barefoot on a natural pedestal in long, wrinkled robe and cloak, holding a box in his left hand. Wood, full round carved, painted and partly gilded. H. 80 cm. - Signs of age, one finger lost. / König Melchior E. 16. /A. 17. Jh. Auf Natursockel barfuß stehender, bärtiger Heiliger im langen, faltenreichen Gewand und Mantel, in seiner linken Hand ein Kästchen haltend. Holz, vollrund geschnitzt, farbig gefasst und teilweise vergoldet. H. 80 cm. - Altersspuren, ein Finger verloren.
