Konvolut Pulverflasche, Württemberg und Pulverhorn, 18./19.Jh.

Horn mit Messingmontierung, Federverschluss am Ausguss. Auf der Messingmontierung gravierte Zahl „14“. Inschriften im Horn: das gekrönte Chiffre Herzog Friedrichs II. von Württemberg, darunter „Hoch Lebe / unser Fürst / und seine / Jäger“ sowie auf der Rückseite eine Szene von der Entenjagd. Um 1800. HxB: ca. 19 x 5,5 cm. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren.
Anm.: Friedrich Wilhelm Karl (1754 - 1816) war ab 1797 als Friedrich II. der 15. regierende Herzog von Württemberg, von 1803 - 1806 zugleich Kurfürst und ab 1806 als Friedrich I. König von Württemberg.
Dabei: Pulverhorn für eine Radschlossbüchse, 18. Jh., flach gepresstes Kuhhorn, floral graviert. Boden aus Horn, Ausgießer mit Stöpsel aus Holz, vierkantiger Durchbruch zum Spannen des Radschlosses. Gesamtlänge ca. 32 cm. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren, kleiner Riss, feine Kratzer.
Provenienz: Beide Objekte aus süddeutschem Privatbesitz

| Mixed lot of powder flasks, Württemberg and powder horn, 18th/19th century, Horn with brass mounting, spring lock on the spout. Engraved number "14" on the brass mount. Inscriptions in the horn: the crowned cipher of Duke Friedrich II of Württemberg, below it "Long live / our prince / and his / hunters" and on the reverse a scene from a duck hunt. Around 1800. HxW: approx. 19 x 5.5 cm. Signs of age and use. Note: Friedrich Wilhelm Karl (1754 - 1816) was the 15th reigning Duke of Württemberg from 1797 as Friedrich II, from 1803 - 1806 also electoral prince and from 1806 as Friedrich I King of Württemberg.
Comes with: Powder horn for a wheellock rifle, 18th century, flat pressed cow horn, florally engraved. Horn base, wooden spout with stopper, square opening for cocking the wheellock. Total length approx. 32 cm. Signs of age and use, small crack, fine scratches.
