Collection of Four letters sent to the Sabanty family of Lynn, Massachusetts regarding the death of Private First Class Kerry Sebanty while in combat in Korea on September 14, 1950. The group includes a rare personal letter of condolence by General Douglas MacArthur, typed on "General Headquarters, United Nations Command, Office of the Commander-in-Chief" letterhead and dated 21 September 1950--boldly signed by MacArthur.
