On page 28b there are two lengthy comments; on page 63a, a short comment, and on page 63b, a lengthy comment. All in his clear and characteristic script. Owner's signature of Rabbi Shmuel Meir Gelber, Rabbi Wosner's brother-in-law and right-hand man.
Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Wosnerֲ [1913-2015] was the foremost disciple of Rabbi Meir Shapira at Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin; rabbi and Av Beit Din of Zichron Meir in Bnei Brak, and rosh yeshivah of Chachmei Lublin. Rabbi Wosner is considered one of the leading adjudicators of the recent generation and his halachic authority was accepted in all circles, to the point he was considered "Posek HaDor." Thousands of Chassidim were drawn to him and he was known as a wonder-worker and salvation-worker with his Torah prowess. He authored the book series Shu"t Shevet HaLevi and other works (see more about him on Winner's website).
