L Battery Royal Horse Artillery, British WWI and WWII Group, awarded to Lance Bombardier Leslie James Roberts, the medals comprising the 1914 Mon-Star with 5th Aug-22nd Nov.1914 clasp, WWI War and Victory medal, the WWII British 1939-45 Star, Africa Star with 8th Army Clasp, Defence and War medal, also sold with his Old Contemptible badge and a white medal (possibly silver) Royal Horse Artillery sweetheart brooch, all framed and glazed, plus original Soldier's Small Book, Certificate of Registry of Birth, a letter from the War Office to inform the family that he had been wounded with a gun shot wound to the right foot (severe), and a facsimile letter from the king (parcel)
