L Marti 19thc French Mantle Clock

A French mantle / mantel clock. 19th century. The clock movement stamped L. Marti Medaille de Bronze. The dial stamped Palmer & Bachelders, Boston (c.1846-1884). With pendulum and key. The black slate case is inlaid and decorated with gilt detailing in an Aesthetic Movement motif. The clock measures 14" wide, 6.5" deep, 8" high.
CONDITION NOTE: a few edge small chips to clock case.
