SERIAL 4855. BARREL 5". CALIBER .32 RIMFIRE. MADE FROM 1861-1870. This is an iron frame model, 6-shot, single action, spur trigger, octagon barrel with two piece walnut grips. This is one of 4486 pistols that remained in inventory after losing lawsuit to S&W and the barrel is stamped. " Manuf'd for Smith & Wesson Pat'd April 5, 1855". The Pond stamp is on the top of barrel. Gun is smooth patina. Grips are very good with few chips. Action needs work. Bore is excellent. A
