Fabulous Russian Lomonosov porcelain coffee and desert set with red butterflies, 22 K gold painted porcelain. This is a very complex pattern called “ Red Butterfly“ with 22 pieces for tea and sweets, with cups in the shape of a tulip, designer S. Yakovleva and painter L. Grigorieva. Lomonosov Imperial Porcelain factory (ЛФЗ) , was founded in 1744 in St. Petersburg, under the decree of the daughter of Peter the Great, Empress Elizabeth and soon became the first porcelain enterprise in Russia and the third in Europe. Each piece is marked with the original Lomonosov factory logo in red ( stylized Russian LFZ, author of this logotype was A. A. Yazkevitch) . Red colour means first quality.
