Good condition. Upholstery shows surface wear, soiling and sun-fading consistent with use over time. Minor scuffs, scratches, shallow impressions to the wood surfaces. Repaired crack to one armrest and an older abrasion to the front edge of the other armrest. Sold with three additional cushions.
