LARGE, 19TH CENTURY JAPANESE IMARI CHARGER

Japanese, 19th century. A large Imari charger heavily decorated with six alternating windows of crane and bird of paradise pictoral scenes surrounded by a threaded cobalt and gilt design and floral decorations to the underside.Apparently unmarked. Approx. h. 2.5", w. 21". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Mr. Blaine Kelley of Atlanta, Georgia.
Condition Report: Minor enamel and gilt loss commensurate with age and use, no cracks or chips observed.
