LARGE LATE 19TH CENTURY SWISS MUSICAL BOX - BELLS & DRUM. A large music box with an 8 air mechanism, striking on bells and a drum and with start/stop and change/repeat levers. With a songsheet to the lid and marked for 'Fabrique Geneve, Tambour at Timbres, No 1220', with the same number on the winding handle and to the base of the case. In a mahogany and inlaid case and in working order. Case 57cms across, 25cms high, cylinder 32.5cms long. *CR Mechanism, in working order and the teetch and tips intact, bells and drum striking, the plate with the teeth is a little rusty in places and could do with a clean.
